PAN AM GAMES / NATIONAL LAUNCH FILM

The Toronto 2015 Pan Am and Parapan Am Games team commissioned Pixel Palette to create a national launch film that would help define the voice and brand of the Games in Canada.

The mandate was ambitious. Introduce a multi-sport international event to a broad audience while capturing the tenacity of the athletes and the spirit of a city preparing to host the world.

Working primarily with archival footage, Pixel Palette shaped a narrative that connected athletic resilience with Toronto’s own capacity for scale, diversity, and cultural confidence. Through disciplined storytelling and editorial architecture, the film reframed the Games not simply as an event, but as a defining national moment.

The result was more than a launch video.
It helped articulate the identity of the Pan Am brand in Canada.
