We did this commercial for our clients at ReelWorld film festival. ReelWorld focuses on providing a platform for films made by people of visible minorities. We came up with the concept after some skype conversations with ReelWorld founder Tonya Williams (Young & the Restless). We wanted to get to the source as to why she started this festival 13 odd years back in Toronto. And what came about was some really interesting discussions right from 'providing a voice for people with ethnic diversity' to the 'global village' we live in today. The 15 and 30 second versions of the TV spot goes on air on all major networks across North America next week. Here is the full length festival version that launched the Press Conference of the Annual ReelWorld Film Festival and will be screened everyday during the 5 Day Festival hitting the theaters of Toronto from April 10th -14th.
