Vikram Dasgupta - Founder, Director/Producer
A graduate in Fine Art and Painting from Kolkata University, Vikram moved to Canada to pursue his passion for cinema.
He directed the award-winning TVO and PBS series Who Owns the World, which won the 2025 Canadian Screen Award for Best Factual Series. His short film Calcutta Taxi, an Oscar qualifier in 2014, won at Aspen ShortFest and was screened at 50+ festivals worldwide.
Vikram’s feature documentary Beyond Moving chronicles the journey of a South African ballet prodigy, premiering at Hot Docs in 2020 with distribution through Blue Ice Docs and streaming on Apple TV. His Pan Am TO2015 campaign Are You Ready? was nominated for a Cannes Lions Award.

Kim Saltarski is an Executive Producer, Producer, and Writer with decades of experience creating acclaimed television and film across genres. His credits span CBC, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hallmark, Discovery, and CTV, from kids’ factual and social-issue documentaries to live studio variety and scripted television movies.
Known for his creative versatility and production leadership, Kim has delivered standout projects including IF The Poet, Andre The Anti-Giant, Operation Unplugged, and Popcultured with Elvira Kurt and launching Haim Saban’s FOX FAMILY CHANNEL as an Executive Producer.

Wendie Saltarski is a seasoned production finance executive with over 40 years of experience managing complex budgets for Canadian, U.S., and international productions. As Head of Finance, she specializes in production accounting, budgeting, and multi-jurisdictional tax incentives, ensuring fiscal discipline and compliance from development through delivery.
Her portfolio includes projects such as Revival (Blue Ice Pictures), Fubar (Skydance), and Amazon’s Reacher, and she has collaborated with major studios like Sony, Netflix, MGM, and Disney. With extensive experience across North America and Europe, Wendie combines strategic oversight with hands-on expertise, building transparent financial systems that empower creative teams while maintaining cost control.
Ilter Ibrahimov - Producer / Performing Arts & Film
lter Ibrahimov is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Fall for Dance North, Toronto's premier international dance festival. Born in Istanbul, Turkey, he moved to North America in 1998, attending Emerson College in Boston before living and working in New York, Montréal, and eventually Toronto.
From 2004–2020, Ilter led Sunny Artist Management, representing world-class dance companies and artists. A sought-after curator and speaker, he regularly participates in festivals and conferences globally. He hosts ISPA's podcast Meditations On and is an Associate with the arts consulting group CASC in the Netherlands. In 2020, Ilter received the Sandra Faire Next Generation Award from the Dance Collection Danse Hall of Fame.
